• Templates of documents are provided (and bespoked with your organisation´s logo) so that you do not have to ´re-invent the wheel´
• The project is independently assured for Corporate Governance and Audit purposes
• Project files are kept together, offsite and secure
• Project files can be easily accessed and downloaded for local use and update
• Version control of key documents is in place
• Professional project support is available from qualified PRINCE2 practitioners via email, telephone, and onsite visits (there is an additional cost for this optional service) − This makes this ideal if you have any part qualified PRINCE2 personnel who want to utilise their PM skills, whilst also adding to them in a practical, pragmatic way
• Project files can be accessed from any web enabled PC, making it an ideal solution for mobile or home workers
